ARE THERE RESTRICTIONS ON PERFUMES/COLOGNES?
To accommodate our live entertainment due to an allergy, we kindly ask that all guests please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or colognes.
WHAT IS THE ORDER OF EVENTS?
4:45pm: Ceremony Begins at Hawk Hollow Chapel
Shuttles will leave Hyatt at 4:15pm to Ceremony
5:00pm: Ceremony end | Guest depart to Eagle Eye Golf and Banquet (up the street from the chapel)
5:45pm: Bridal Party Entrance
6:05pm: Cake Cutting
6:10pm: Blessing/Prayer
6:15pm: Dinner Service Begin / Bar closes for an hour
6:45pm: Toasts / Speeches / Bar Re-Open
7:05pm: BIG Group photo on the dance floor!!
7:45pm: Sunset Photos (weather dependent)
9:00pm: Late Night Snacks Served
10:30pm: Last Call at Bar
11:00pm: End of Celebration
WHERE SHOULD I STAY?
For those planning to stay the evening, check out the travel page on our site for more information on hotel room blocks. Hotel room blocks are available at the Hyatt Place Lansing - East and the Graduate by Hilton East Lansing. If blocks are full please let us know and we can request a larger block. WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting your best spring-themed cocktail/semi-formal attire for the event. Please do not wear white or any shade of white.
IS THERE FREE PARKING ON-SITE?
Yes, there is free parking at the ceremony and reception space. Guests can leave their cars overnight if needed.
HOW DO I GET FROM THE HOTEL TO THE VENUE?
There will be a day-of shuttle from the Hyatt Place to the ceremony, from the ceremony to the reception, and from the reception back to the Hyatt. There is no shuttle currently available to the Graduate. Rideshare rides will be available.
IS THE VENUE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
The ceremony and reception will both be held indoors, at The Hawk Hollow Chapel and Eagle Eye Golf and Banquet.
WHERE IS THE CEREMONY LOCATED?
The ceremony will be taking place at the Hawk Hollow Chapel. The address is: 15101 Chandler Road, Bath, Michigan 48808. The Chapel will be on your left-hand side. There is a drive-up entrance for easy drop-off access. Parking is across the street from the chapel. Please do not park at the Chapel Drop-off.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?
Our ceremony begins promptly at 4:45 p.m. We recommend arriving by 4:20 p.m. to ensure you can comfortably arrive on time, with a little time to mingle and find your seat.
If you happen to be late, you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception, so hang tight, and we will see you at the reception. Thank you for your understanding!
WHERE IS THE RECEPTION LOCATED?
The Reception is located at 15500 Chandler Road, Bath, Michigan 48808-9600. Eagle Eye Golf and Banquet. The reception space is just up the road from the ceremony.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP no so that we can plan accordingly.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
While we would love to have everyone attend, due to the capacity limitations of our venue, we are only able to accommodate those named on your formal invitation/RSVP. Unfortunately, we can not make any exceptions to this rule. Thank you for your understanding!
CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?
Due to venue capacity limitations, we only have reserved seats for those listed on the formal invitation/RSVP. Enjoy this date night on us! Any children invited will be listed by name on the RSVP.
WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?
To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by Friday, March 28, 2025. Please RSVP via the RSVP Section on this website. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We will need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope you can understand!

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
You may take photos at the Ceremony. We just request your phone be on silent mode, and you must stay in your seat. Please, no standing up or standing in the aisle. Please share your photos and selfies with us. We love your smiles. Text photos to 616-881-6737 (Maddie's number).
WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL?
Please enjoy complimentary beer and wine! Liquor and cocktails available for purchase at the bar. The bar will accept cash or card. Please no outside food or alcohol.
WILL THERE BE OPTIONS FOR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
RSVPs will include an area for requesting accommodations for dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to work with the venue staff to accommodate.
